Description
This training will present a general overview of SAPC Patient Access System focusing primarily on the portal functionality and how the client information from Sage-PCNX displays in the Patient Access System. This includes a demonstration of the Patient Access System.
Learning Objectives
1. Provide a Patient Access System introduction, workflows, and demonstration.
2. Demonstrate how providers can introduce the Patient Access System with their clients and test the system in the TRAIN Environment.
3. Re-disclosure of patient's Personally Identifiable Information (PII)/Personal Health Information (PHI).
